Filing a complaint

In order to make a complaint, please follow the steps below:

1. Return / complaint form
Fill out the return / complaint form and attach it to the package. The document should contain the following data: name and surname, e-mail address or correspondence address, telephone number, indication of the product number and reason for the complaint, date of purchase and occurrence of the defect.

2. Product shipment
When submitting a complaint, please send the product back with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.

3. Shipping
The claimed product should be sent to the following address:

Warning! You can also contact our Customer Service Office, then we will collect the advertised product from you.

Return

Under current law, you have 14 days to return the goods. The Senocore Marcin Grudziński company allows its customers to return goods up to 21 days from the moment of receipt. To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, complete the necessary statement and send it to our e-mail address sklep@herreriaorganic.com or with the returned product / products:

To the package with the statement and the returned product / products, also attach all the accessories received with it, as well as the receipt or invoice.
